The Adsquad wordmark, logo, design system, and original editorial content are © Adsquad Inc. All rights reserved. You may share short quotations for non-commercial editorial purposes with clear attribution. All other reproduction requires written permission.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is." Adsquad makes no warranties, express or implied, about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adsquad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
